We’re hiring an Occupational Therapist to help children develop skills needed for daily living, school, and play activities. This role combines individualized therapy, functional goal setting, and collaboration with families and educators to maximize each child’s independence and quality of life.
What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate children’s motor, sensory, cognitive, and functional abilities
- Develop individualized therapy plans targeting daily living, fine motor, and sensory skills
- Provide therapy sessions in clinical, school, or home settings
- Monitor and document progress toward therapy goals
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support development
- Educate caregivers on techniques to reinforce therapy at home
- Stay current with best practices, research, and intervention strategies
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
- Valid state license or certification as an OT
- Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and motivational skills
