- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week\n
- Nursing Shift: 12-hour shifts (7:00pm–7:00am or 7:00am–7:00pm; day/night rotation)\n
\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – New Hampshire or compact state\n
- Minimum 1 year of recent ICU or critical care nursing experience\n
- Proficiency in advanced hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, and post-surgical patient care\n
- Experience with ICP monitoring, pressors, inotropes, and vasoactive medications\n
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred\n
- Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills\n
\n\nICU Nurse Responsibilities\n

- Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients, including surgical, trauma, neuro, plastics, multiple organ failure, and sepsis cases\n
- Monitor and interpret advanced hemodynamic and neurological parameters (ICP, PA lines, waveform interpretation)\n
- Manage ventilated patients and administer vasoactive medications\n
- Assist with line insertion, maintenance, and management of tubes/drains for post-surgical patients\n
- Care for patients with ventriculostomies, lumbar drains, bolts, and EVDs\n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n
