We are looking for a skilled and reliable plumbing repair service technician and drain cleaner to join our team. You will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial properties. You will also perform drain cleaning services using specialized equipment and techniques. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
Job Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, faucets, toilets, sinks, showers, bathtubs, water heaters, and other plumbing fixtures and systems
- Perform drain cleaning services using hand tools, power tools, and machines such as snakes, jetters, and cameras
- Inspect and diagnose plumbing and drain problems using sewer inspection camera and provide solutions
- Follow health and safety codes and regulations and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and vehicle and dispose of waste materials properly
- Respond to emergency calls and provide timely and quality service to customers
- Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and managers and provide excellent customer service
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a plumbing repair service technician and drain cleaner
- Knowledge of plumbing and drain systems, tools, equipment, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in various environments and conditions, such as confined spaces, heights, and extreme temperatures
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects and equipment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Background check and drug test required
