Job Title: Business Deposit Account Processor (6-Month Temporary Assignment)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Location: Sacramento, Ca
Overview:
We are seeking a Business Deposit Account Processor for a 6-month temporary assignment. This role is responsible for supporting the fulfillment operations for new business deposit accounts originating in the digital channel. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, member-focused, and knowledgeable in business entity types (e.g., Sole Proprietorship, LLC, Corporation). Strong communication skills and an eye for accuracy, compliance, and potential fraud detection are essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Process and fulfill new business deposit account applications submitted through digital channels.

Review and verify organizational documents such as articles of incorporation, partnership agreements, or other entity-specific documents.

Ensure compliance with Customer Identification Program (CIP) requirements and internal audit procedures.

Communicate with members and prospective members to gather required documentation for account opening.

Maintain confidentiality of all member and financial information.

Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.

Perform document audits, membership application reviews, and data verification.

Ensure deadlines are met daily while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.

Collaborate with internal teams to support account onboarding and resolve issues.

Participate in a team-oriented environment and contribute to departmental goals.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in business document review or related areas (business accounts, banking, financial services).

Knowledge of business entity structures and associated organizational documents.

Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and adapt to new software.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adjust to changing priorities.

Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism in both internal and external communications.
