Cotler Psychology Services is looking for a licensed Master's-level mental health clinician (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) to provide care to seniors in assisted living and skilled nursing communities in Brooksville, Florida. Whether you prefer part-time or full-time hours, this position allows you to practice independently while having access to a team that supports your clinical and professional needs. The role offers the ideal balance of autonomy, meaningful work, and organizational support.
Founded over thirty years ago by Licensed Psychologist Dr. Kerry Cotler, Cotler Psychology Services has specialized in mental health care for seniors. Today, the practice serves more than 160 long-term care communities across Florida, focusing on improving emotional well-being and quality of life for older adults. Clinicians at Cotler work with residents facing challenges ranging from adjustment difficulties and mood disorders to behavioral concerns related to chronic illness or cognitive decline.
Key Responsibilities
As a clinician, you will provide therapy and behavioral interventions designed to address emotional, cognitive, and behavioral challenges in seniors. This includes:
- Individual counseling to manage depression, anxiety, grief, and adjustment issues
- Behavioral interventions to improve daily functioning and mood
- Collaboration with care staff to support a safe, emotionally supportive environment
Your focus will remain on delivering high-quality care rather than administrative or productivity demands. There are no quotas, and decisions about care are guided by professional judgment and client needs.

Qualifications
- Licensed or near-licensed in Florida as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
