STEPS Behavioral Health is hiring compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and entry-level candidates interested in ABA therapy. No prior ABA experience required-we provide paid training and support to earn your RBT certification.
Job Overview
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism and developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings. You'll work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and be part of a supportive, mission-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collect accurate session data and document progress
- Support skill development, communication, and behavior goals
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and school teams
- Maintain ethical, professional, and compassionate care
Pay, Benefits & Training

Qualifications
