STEPS Behavioral Health is hiring compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and entry-level candidates interested in ABA therapy. No prior ABA experience required-we provide paid training and support to earn your RBT certification.

Job Overview

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism and developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings. You'll work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and be part of a supportive, mission-driven team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collect accurate session data and document progress
  • Support skill development, communication, and behavior goals
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and school teams
  • Maintain ethical, professional, and compassionate care

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children with Autism, developmental disabilities, or behavioral challenges (preferred, not required)
