Seeking experienced Mechanical Assemblers for Temp-to-Hire opportunities located in the Greater Milwaukee Area

All 3 shifts available with shift premiums
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 hour with a pay increase upon perm hire after 90 days

Duties Include:

Performing mechanical assembly duties

· Perform mechanical assembly according to the standard operating procedures and instructions based on lean manufacturing philosophy

· Use blueprints, work instructions and schematics to perform assembly operations.

· Use basic measuring, hand (impact wrenches, torques wrenches) and power tools as necessary for the assembly of specific parts. May use overhead cranes and forklift.

· Ensure each check point and traceability of the component is collected and tracked properly in the computer system.

· Cross train in different workstations and on different generators models if needed

· May conduct electrical tests if needed.

· Ensure tasks are performed according to organizational requirements for quality management and environmental, health and safety standards, policies and procedures.

· Complete other duties as assigned.
