Job DescriptionNOW HIRING: CNC Machine Operator
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines including twin spindle, turret-style, 11-axis mill/lathe combination equipment.
- Run 1–2 machines simultaneously depending on part complexity.
- Make offset adjustments as needed to maintain tight tolerances.
- Perform tooling changes and basic troubleshooting during production.
- Work from blueprints and specifications to ensure part accuracy.
- Maintain extremely tight tolerances (±0.0001 to ±0.0005).
- Support high-mix, low-volume production with frequent job changeovers.
- Collaborate with team members and report to Night Shift Lead.
Essential Skills
- Experience operating CNC machines, with lathe experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to make offsets and perform tooling adjustments independently.
- Strong understanding of machining fundamentals and blueprint reading.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-changeover environment.
- Willingness to work 2nd shift long-term.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with CNC screw machining and threading is a plus.
- Familiarity with machine brands such as Okuma, Haas, and Seiki.
- Knowledge of working with materials like Inconel, Steel, and Aluminum.

Work Environment
Shift: 2nd shift from 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday, with a 10% shift premium upon transition.
Pay: $25/HR to $30/HR (Depending on Experience)
Location: Burbank, CA
- Training is conducted on 1st or mid-shift depending on candidate availability.
- Employees will work across two facilities equipped with 30 CNC machines.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
