Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Massachusetts
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working with elementary-aged students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Previous supervision experience of school-based Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language services to students
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to implement IEPs
- Attend and participate in team meetings to discuss student progress and strategies
- Supervise and support school SLPA in delivering effective interventions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress
