Position Description:
This position is responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms, replenishing supplies, maintaining cleanliness standards, and helping create a comfortable and welcoming experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
- Clean bathrooms, floors, furniture, fixtures, and guest room surfaces.
- Remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items from guest rooms.
- Stock and organize housekeeping carts, closets, and supplies.
- Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, damaged items, or lost and found items to a supervisor.
- Respond professionally to guest and team member requests.
- Follow hotel safety, sanitation, security, and guest privacy procedures.

Requirements:
- Prior housekeeping, cleaning, or hotel experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and hotel procedures.
- Professional attitude and respect for guest privacy.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, pull, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks during the shift.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and available to work based on hotel needs.
Schedule
Flexible schedule required. Must be available to work weekends, holidays, mornings, evenings, and overtime as needed based on hotel occupancy, staffing needs, and business levels.
