Senior Product Manager – HVAC (Path to Business Unit Manager)

ParkerBeth is working exclusively with a top mechanical manufacturing and supply company, seeking a Senior Product Manager – HVAC to drive new product development, lead cross-functional teams, and become the future Business Unit Manager for the HVAC division. This is a rare opportunity where succession planning is already in place—you’ll work side by side with the current leader to learn the portfolio, the customers, and the strategy, preparing to take full ownership within the next 12–18 months.

This is an onsite for working along side a talented product and sales team in Roseville, MN.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead development of innovative HVAC products.
  • Bring the voice of the customer (VOC) into every stage of the process.
  • Manage product lifecycle, from ideation to commercialization.
  • Partner with engineering, sales, operations, and marketing teams.
  • Support strategic planning, P&L analysis, and pricing strategies.
  • Represent the business unit internally and externally at trade shows and customer meetings.

What You Bring

  • BS in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
  • 5+ years product management experience with B2B mechanical products.
  • Strong technical aptitude in hard goods (HVAC, hydraulics, pneumatics, or related).
  • Commercial savvy, with customer-facing or sales experience preferred.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work onsite 4–5 days/week in Minneapolis metro; travel 20%.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $115K–$130K DOE.
  • Annual bonus + profit sharing.
  • 401(k) with up to 3% match + 7% profit sharing.
  • $1,000 sign-on bonus + anniversary milestone pay.
  • 3–7 weeks PTO depending on tenure, plus 10 holidays.
  • 12 weeks paid parental leave.
