Casago is seeking a motivated, organized, and experienced Office Assistant/Task Runner to join our fast pasted vacation rental team.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy office environment enjoys multitasking and is committed to providing outstanding customer service and guest experiences.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting with daily office operations and admirative tasks
  • Managing reservations and guest communications
  • Providing exceptional customer service to guests and homeowners
  • Performing data entry and maintain accurate records in Excel
  • Coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance and operations teams
  • Running errands and completing assigned tasks as needed
  • Assisting with guest arrivals, departures and issue resolutions
  • Supporting the team in a fast-paced multitasking environment

Qualifications:

  • Previous office admiration experience required
  • Experience with reservations and scheduling preferred
  • Proficiency on Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional, dependable, and detail oriented
  • Valid driver license with a clean driving record

Weekend availability is required
