Journeyman Training & Development Manager

Position Overview
Manages day-to-day training program executionplanning, coordinating, delivering, and evaluating curriculum development workstreams to ensure standards, schedules, and outcomes are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop/manage training programs and schedules; lead course development and revisions; keep deliverables on schedule and aligned to standards; provide weekly feedback on course materials.
  • Coordinate Alpha/Beta testing with ISD Analysts; coordinate SMEs/stakeholders; evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements; supervise trainers; ensure compliance with regulations/standards.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors degree (Education/HR/Business or related); 57 years relevant experience; curriculum development/training delivery/program evaluation experience; strong communication/organization/leadership.

Required Skills

  • Training program management, instructional design coordination, performance measurement, stakeholder alignment, compliance execution.

  • Public Trust background investigation required.
