Hartford, CT Area | Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available | Summer 2026 and 2026-2027 School Year
Soliant is partnering with school districts throughout the Hartford area to identify Speech Language Pathologists for current and upcoming school-based opportunities. We are seeking dedicated professionals who are passionate about supporting students' communication development and helping them achieve success in the classroom and beyond.
Positions are available for both summer programs and the upcoming 2026-2027 school year, with opportunities across a variety of grade levels and educational settings.
Position Details

- Pay Range: $40-60 per hour

Compensation is based on experience, credentials, assignment requirements, and district budget.
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and educational planning
- Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation
- Support compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Connecticut SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- School-based experience preferred but not required
