<li>Responsible for the overall function and requirements of the production at designated plant,</li>
<li>Confirm products status </li>
<li>Monitor production achievement against target,</li>
<li>Initiate and lead continuous improvement activities and culture,</li>
<li>Ensure compliances to all the company rules, procedures and regulations among team members,</li>
<li>Promote positive culture and teamwork among team members,</li>
<li>Working together with HR Team to offer career and training development for team members,</li>
</ul>
Requirements
Competency requirements:-
<ul>
<li>Preference have experience with Manufacturing and Operations Manager or similar roles</li>
<li>Preference from Automotive Parts manufacturing industries.</li>
<li>Good communication skills</li>
<li>No specific education field needed</li>
