Working Schedule: 7:00AM - 5:30PM Monday-Thursday with some Friday OT required.
Summary
Plays a key role in receiving operations, including inspecting incoming materials, logging deliveries, and ensuring proper storage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Processes incoming parts by reading packing lists, sorting and counting items, and verifying quantities against purchase order numbers.
· Operates material handling equipment, including dollies, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
· Performs detailed inspections of incoming shipments to identify any damage, defects, or discrepancies, maintaining accurate records of all issues.
· Processes incoming shipments, including unloading materials and confirming accuracy by comparing shipment contents to documentation.
· Receives, inspects, labels, and delivers incoming goods to the appropriate locations or departments, ensuring accurate processing and timely distribution.
· Delivers packing slips to the appropriate personnel.
· Accurately records receipts of materials and shipments in the ERP system, ensuring proper inventory management.
· Assembles, packages, and ships small packages, including picking parts from inventory and preparing them for shipment
· Uses the UPS and/or FedEx shipping modules to process and schedule small package pickups.
· Assists in preparing chambers for shipment, including cleaning chambers, packaging accessories according to work orders, and documenting completed shipments with photographs.
· Uses hand tools to perform routine tasks.
· Cleans work area.
· Moves chambers into and out of the shipping/receiving area.
· Loads shipments onto freight carrier trucks.
· Regular, physical attendance is required.
· Other duties as assigned.

Education
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Skills and Experience
· Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide required.
· Must be able to read a tape measure.
· Basic computer skills required.
· Must be able to drive a forklift or willing to learn.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including (Word, Excel, Email) required.

· Order Fulfillment: Accurately picks and packs items for shipment based on customer orders or work orders.
· Packaging: Selects appropriate packaging materials to protect goods during transit and ensures proper labeling for shipping.
· Cycle Counting: Ability to count and verify inventory levels to maintain accuracy.
· Inventory Control: Understands basic inventory control principles to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
· Record Keeping: Maintains accurate inventory records, both manually and within the computer system.
· Attention to Detail: Crucial for verifying shipment accuracy, preventing errors, and maintaining accurate records.
· Verification: Ability to match incoming shipments to purchase orders and packing slips, checking for accuracy in quantity, type, and condition.
· Documentation: Meticulous record-keeping of received goods, including date, time, vendor, quantity, condition, and any discrepancies
· Unloading: Physically unloading shipments, which may involve using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment
· Storage: Organizes and stores received goods in designated locations, ensuring proper labeling and accessibility.
