About the Role:
Join SERVICING WITH HEART HOME CARE LLC as a Certified Nursing Assistant and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients in Winston Salem NC. We are looking for compassionate individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to those in need.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
• Administer medications as directed and ensure compliance with care plans.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
• Assist with mobility and physical exercises to promote independence.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to improve their quality of life.

Requirements:

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in North Carolina.
• Previous experience in home care or a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and transfer patients safely.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare practices.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
