Location: Waco, TX Area
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Pay: $22.00–$23.00 per hour to start
Position Type: Temp-to-HireCrouch Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a reliable and experienced 2nd Shift CNC Operator / Warehouse Worker for a company in the Waco, TX area. This position is ideal for someone with CNC operating experience who is also comfortable assisting with warehouse duties as needed.
Job Duties:

• Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, and handle materials as needed
• Read and follow work orders, measurements, and production instructions
• Inspect parts and materials for accuracy and quality
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including organizing materials and maintaining a clean work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Requirements:

• Must have 1–2 years of relevant CNC, machine operating, warehouse, or manufacturing experience
• Must be dependable and able to work the full 2nd shift schedule
• Must be able to follow instructions and work safely in a fast-paced environment
• Forklift or material handling experience is a plus
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift as required
• Must be able to start work in the Waco, TX area
