• Mow, edge, trim, and blow residential and commercial properties to standard

• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment including zero-turn mowers, walk-behinds, string trimmers, blowers, and hedge trimmers

• Load, unload, and safely transport equipment and materials

• Perform planting, mulching, weeding, and bed maintenance

• Assist with irrigation setup and basic troubleshooting

• Operate skid steers, mini excavators, or other heavy equipment (experienced operators preferred)

• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times

• Communicate clearly with crew leader and flag any issues on site

• Keep equipment clean, fueled, and in good working condition

Requirements

• Prior landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred

• Ability to operate commercial mowers and hand tools

• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus for trailer/truck operation)

• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods

• Reliable, punctual, and a team player

• Heavy equipment experience a plus (not required)
