Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled and passionate BCBAto work with K-12 students for a school district located in Tracy, CA for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. The BCBA will provide behavioral therapy and support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities, utilizing evidence-based strategies to enhance students social, emotional, and academic success. This role involves working closely with educators, families, and support staff to ensure the effective implementation of individualized behavior plans.Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments to identify students needs and challenges.
- Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to address students behavioral and academic goals.
- Provide training and support to teachers, staff, and families in implementing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) strategies.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency across environments.
- Provide direct therapy to students as needed, including one-on-one and group sessions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of assessments, progress, and interventions.
- Attend IEP meetings and provide behavioral input to support student goals.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - National licensure required
- California Pupil Personnel Services Credential (PPSC) required
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, families, and other professionals.
