Lead Residential Installer
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused professional to lead high-quality HVAC installations in customer homes. This role is responsible for overseeing residential system installs, ensuring safety and performance standards are met, and mentoring installation team members to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
- Install residential heating, ventilation, air conditioning and other equipment in customer homes
- Assist with designing, fabricating, and installing ductwork and fittings
- HVAC troubleshooting, including inspecting effectiveness and safety of systems, diagnosing for defects, cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems
- Mentor and provide direction to installation team
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years residential HVAC experience
- Universal Refrigeration license
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to think independently and solve problems
