Loch Harbour Group is seeking an experienced Senior Program Management Operations (PMO) Analyst V (Contingent Upon Award) to provide high-level program support to the Program Manager on a Government contract. This role involves assisting in managing cross-functional teams, coordinating operations, and integrating administrative, business, financial, and strategic planning activities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting senior-level program management within the Department of Defense (DoD) and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Program Manager in leading and coordinating a multidisciplinary team supporting Government operations.
- Plan, direct, and oversee day-to-day program activities, ensuring smooth execution of contract requirements.
- Formulate and implement operational policies, procedures, and priorities to meet organizational and contractual objectives.
- Support the integration of General Administration, Business & Financial Management, and Strategic Planning functions across all program areas.
- Assist with tracking program performance, deliverables, and reporting requirements to ensure alignment with government objectives.
- Prepare briefings, reports, and status updates for internal leadership and government stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members, technical leads, and government personnel to identify and resolve operational challenges.
- Maintain awareness of program risks, cost controls, and resource allocation strategies.
Requirements:
- Active Secret (Mandatory)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience supporting program or project management operations.
- Strong understanding of DoD program management processes, policies, and reporting requirements.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership, government stakeholders, and technical teams.
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in a technical, business, or management-related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or DAWIA Level III certification in Program Management.
Place of Performance
- Primary Location: Washington, DC.
- Contractor Facility: Must be located within the Washington, DC metropolitan area to support in-person meetings
Travel Requirements
- Occasional travel may be required.
