We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our operations team. This hourly position is crucial for maintaining the quality and integrity of our reusable packaging. Your primary focus will be on the meticulous cleaning, inspection, and preparation of items for redistribution. A strong focus on quality and consistency is paramount to ensure our packaging meets the highest standards for our partners and their customers.
Key Responsibilities
● Production & Efficiency:
- Meet or exceed Units Per Hour (UPH) production targets as established by the product line
- Maintain a consistent pace to ensure daily volume goals are met without compromising quality
- Commercial Dishwashing Operations: Expertly operate and maintain high-volume commercial flight-type dish machines, optimizing throughput while ensuring proper water temperature and chemical concentrations
- Manual Cleaning & Inspection: Perform detailed manual cleaning and inspection of reusable cooler bags
- Ensure items are spotless and sanitized while maintaining the required speed to stay on track with production quotas
- Quality Control & Compliance: Uphold a strict Focus on Quality by identifying non-conforming items for repair or disposal
- Adhere to all hygiene and quality assurance protocols even during high-volume periods
- Washing & Sanitation: Effectively manage both automated washing equipment and manual hand-wash stations, following all safety and chemical handling procedures
- Inventory Staging & Fulfillment: Accurately sort, count, and stage cleaned inventory for outbound shipment
- Assist with light order picking and packing to ensure a seamless workflow from wash to dock
- Facility Maintenance: Proactively maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to prevent bottlenecks and ensure a smooth production flow
Updated Physical Requirements
● Stamina & Speed: Ability to maintain a high-energy pace for the duration of an 8-hour shift or longer (with scheduled breaks) to hit production targets
● Physical Agility: Role requires consistent repetitive motions, lifting, bending, and carrying packages up to 50 lbs.
