Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Bookkeeper for a fast-paced commercial property management company. The candidate will be responsible for various accounting tasks to assist the Finance Manager.

Job Responsibilities

· Process accounts payables

  • Tenant monthly & misc. billing
  • Cash Posting, Deposits and input in accounting software
  • Accounts Receivable management and payment follow-up
  • Tracking and Reconciliation of construction project invoicing & budget
  • Digital and Physical Filing of records
  • Minor office tasks & Phone Management

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • An in-depth understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable process
  • Strong People & Communication skills to work with Team Members, Clients, Tenants and Vendors
  • Meet deadlines, organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-Starter that works independently
  • Previous experience in multi-entity accounting a plus
  • Strong computer literacy required, including confident navigation of operating systems, file management, email inbox organization, and the ability to independently learn new software
