We are seeking motivated Sales Associates to join our team, engaging with both in-store and online customers. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining strong product knowledge, and supporting sales transactions with occasional upselling efforts. The ideal candidate will collaborate well with the team while accurately handling cash and providing ongoing customer support.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers both in-store and online to enhance their experience
- Maintain thorough product knowledge to assist customers effectively
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide responsive customer support before, during, and after sales
- Occasionally upsell or cross-sell products to meet customer needs
- Handle cash and sales registers securely
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in retail sales
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Ohio driver’s license with no more than 2 points
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Proven ability to work well in a team environment
