We have two agency locations in Philadelphia suburbs (19053 and 19002) and are hiring for both!

Are you a competitive, sales-driven professional who thrives on building relationships and closing business while also providing dependable customer support? The Eldion Pajollari Agency is seeking an Account Manager who can balance proactive sales with client service to help our agency grow.

This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain your licenses with our full support.

Role Description

As an Account Manager, youll play a critical role in driving the success of our agency by building and maintaining meaningful customer relationships. Your ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and provide relevant insurance solutions will directly impact our agencys growth. You will engage in both sales and service activities, serving as a trusted advisor to customers while helping them make informed decisions about their coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Growth Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to increase retention and new sales.
  
  
• Consult with Clients Conduct policy reviews and offer tailored recommendations.
  
  
• Problem-Solve Handle complex customer issues with efficiency and professionalism.
  
  
• Engage in Sales Leverage your insurance knowledge to guide both warm and cold leads toward the right coverage.
  
  
• Promote Products Proactively market insurance and financial service solutions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Sales-dominant mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
  
  
• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  
  
• Bilingual skills are a bonus, especially Russian or Ukrainian in addition to English.
  
  
• Must hold or be willing to obtain P&C and Life & Health licenses.
  
  
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  
  
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable engaging in sales conversations.
