Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Fountain, CO at a local school. This contract role offers a caseload of students in kindergarten through 8th grade, providing a dynamic and rewarding environment for a certified and licensed professional.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting speech and language assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for students.
  • Providing direct therapy services to K-8 students to improve communication skills.
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation related to student evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress reports.
  • Participating in meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive student support.

Qualifications:

  • Current certification and licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working in elementary and middle school settings.
  • Ability to manage a caseload of students ranging from kindergarten to 8th grade.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and staff.
  • Familiarity with educational policies and procedures related to speech therapy services.

Schedule and Location:

  • Full-time contract position, 37.5 hours per week.
  • Work hours from 7:15 am to 3:15 pm.
  • Position based in Fountain, Colorado.
  • Start date is ASAP.
