About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and motivated Executive Assistant to the CEO to support leadership and ensure smooth daily operations.
This role is ideal for a recent college graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience working directly with a CEO in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will play a key role in keeping priorities on track, improving efficiency, and helping leadership stay focused on high-impact work.

What You’ll Do
Executive Support
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination
• Arrange travel, reservations, and logistics
• Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups for meetings
• Screen calls and emails to protect the CEO’s time
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Office & Operational Support
• Maintain office organization and supplies
• Coordinate vendors, maintenance, and service providers
• Manage mail, scanning, filing, and document organization
• Assist with onboarding paperwork and administrative processes
• Ensure the office environment is professional and efficient
Coordination & Project Support
• Track deadlines and follow up on tasks across the team
• Serve as a communication bridge between the CEO and staff
• Maintain simple trackers and status updates for projects
• Help create checklists and processes to improve efficiency
Task & Errand Execution
• Run business-related errands locally when needed
• Assist with event preparation and logistics
• Support occasional last-minute operational needs
• Very occasional weekend assistance for time-sensitive matters
