Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing Oklahoma City, OK firm to fill an Accounting & Finance Associate position! The Associate will support daily finance activities in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. This role also provides administrative and operational support to the CFO, including documentation of policies and procedures, internal reviews, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Process finance transactions
- Research and resolve exceptions accurately and on time
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data for accounting and reporting
- Prepare daily and monthly reports and analyze finance documentation
- Respond to internal and external inquiries related to finance activity
- Collaborate with team members and cross-train across department functions
- Assist the CFO with policy documentation, internal reviews, and record organization
Qualifications
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
- Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience
- 2-3 years of related professional experience preferred
- Background in securities operations, accounting, auditing, or data/document review a plus
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
