Full-Time Physical Therapist 
Location: Seattle, Washington Position: Full-Time Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour
Job Summary: This Physical Therapist role is built for clinicians who want to stay focused on quality care. You’ll manage evaluations, create treatment plans, and support patients as they regain strength, movement, and independence. With a one-patient-per-hour model, you’ll have the time to deliver thoughtful and consistent care.
Responsibilities:

<li>Perform detailed patient assessments </li>
<li>Design therapy programs based on individual needs </li>
<li>Deliver hands-on and exercise-based treatments </li>
<li>Monitor outcomes and adjust plans accordingly </li>
<li>Guide patients through safe movement patterns </li>
<li>Document care accurately and consistently </li>
<li>Communicate updates with the care team </li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent) </li>
<li>Active Washington PT license </li>
<li>Outpatient experience preferred </li>
<li>Strong communication and clinical judgment </li>
