You’ll help build Titan brand units using a variety of tools and equipment, all while working in a clean, modern, and supportive environment.
⭐ What You’ll Do
- Assemble high‑quality products using both hand and power tools
- Work on a production line or at a bench performing consistent, reliable assembly tasks
- Operate shop machinery such as presses, custom tooling, air drivers, torque wrenches, and more
- Follow work orders and instructions with accuracy
- Support the team with additional duties as needed
🔧 What You Bring
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Mechanical aptitude and assembly experience
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- General labor or manufacturing experience is a plus
- A steady work history and reliability
High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
