POSITION SUMMARY:
The Shuttle Services Coordinator provides administrative support for shuttle operations and security
department scheduling while serving as a backup shuttle driver when needed. This position manages
shuttle reservations, coordinates transportation schedules, assists with security department
administrative tasks, and ensures efficient operation of shuttle services for casino guests, employees, and
visitors while maintaining security protocols and representing the casino in a professional manner.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. With relationship to job duties and responsibilities, ensures compliance with the Port Gamble
S'Klallam Tribe of Indians – State of Washington Gaming Compact, Internal Controls, NIGC
Regulations, and The Point Casino and Hotel Policies and Procedures.
2. Manages shuttle scheduling system, including creating daily and weekly shuttle schedules based on
operational needs and passenger demand.
3. Processes shuttle reservations for guests, employees, and visitors, maintaining accurate records of all
bookings and special requests.
4. Coordinates with Security Manager and shuttle drivers to ensure adequate coverage and efficient
route planning.
5. Assists with security department scheduling, including managing shift assignments, time-off requests,
and schedule modifications.
6. Maintains comprehensive records of shuttle operations, including passenger counts, trip logs,
maintenance schedules, and incident reports.
7. Serves as the primary point of contact for shuttle service inquiries, providing information about
schedules, routes, and availability.
8. Acts as backup shuttle driver when regular drivers are unavailable, providing safe and reliable
transportation services while maintaining security protocols.
9. Monitors shuttle vehicle maintenance needs and coordinates with appropriate departments for
repairs and routine servicing.
10. Assists with administrative tasks for the security department, including filing, data entry, and report
preparation.
11. Communicates effectively with guests, employees, and management regarding shuttle services and
any changes to schedules or operations.8.05.25
12. Ensures compliance with all DOT regulations, casino policies, and safety protocols related to shuttle
operations.
13. Monitors and reports any suspicious activities, safety concerns, or security incidents to the security
department.
14. Maintains written records of all administrative activities, schedules, and departmental
communications. Held accountable for the accuracy of departmental records and reports.
15. Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.
16. Performs other duties as deemed necessary.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including scheduling software, Microsoft Office Suite, and
database management.
• Must possess a state driver's license with a clean driving record.
• A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) may be required depending on vehicle size when serving as
a backup driver.


EDUCATION AND SKILLS


Education Required:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
Minimum one (1) year of administrative or customer service experience
Previous experience with scheduling systems or transportation coordination preferred.
Other Requirements:
• Must qualify and receive a Class III Gaming License issued by the Washington State Gambling
Commission and a Class III Gaming License issued by the Port Gamble S'Klallam Gaming
Commission.
• Must be able to consent and pass a hair follicle drug and alcohol screening as a condition of
employment
