Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation

- Monitor and record patient conditions

- Provide emotional support and companionship

- Follow care plans and communicate with supervising clinicians

Qualifications:

- HHA certification or equivalent training

- Reliable transportation

- Strong attention to detail and time management

- Experience with elderly or chronically ill patients is a plus
