Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy – Employee-Owned | Long-Term Care & IDD-Focused

Position Overview

Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is a fast-growing healthcare company specializing in long-term care and IDD Pharmacy Services. The pharmacy is launching Axonify, a cutting-edge training and microlearning platform, to elevate team performance, compliance, and onboarding across our rapidly growing organization. We’re seeking a proactive and creative Training & Learning Experience Manager to lead the internal training transformation from pre-to-post launch platform ownership to ongoing content development and staff enablement.

The Training & Learning Experience Manager will lead the strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of our organizational wide learning initiatives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare education, content creation, and digital learning platforms. You'll work cross-functionally with leadership, HR, pharmacy operations, and compliance to ensure our employee-owners are equipped, engaged, and always learning.

Key Responsibilities

· Platform Management (Axonify LMS)

· Serve as the internal owner and administrator of the Axonify platform both pre & post-implementation.

· Maintain user access, assignments, and training paths.

· Monitor usage, completion, and engagement metrics—optimize accordingly.

· Prepare regular reports on L&D program effectiveness, participation rates, and ROI to key stakeholders.

· Content Development & Curation

· Design, develop, and deliver wide range of learning programs, including but not limited to, new hire onboarding, leadership development, technical skills training, compliance training, and soft skills workshops

· Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate SOPs and workflows into accessible training modules.

· Leverage multimedia tools (video, audio, screen recording) to build effective content.

· Research and integrate emerging learning technologies, including AI-powered tools, to enhance learning delivery and effectiveness.

· Training Strategy & Performance

· Partner with leadership to align training programs with business goals, compliance requirements, and QA standards.

· Track onboarding training effectiveness through analytics and employee feedback.

· Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement across various departments.

· Employee Support & Engagement

· Assist new hires with onboarding and Axonify orientation.

· Host training sessions (virtual and live) for site managers, pharmacists, techs, and drivers.

· Promote a culture of continuous learning and accountability among employee-owners.

· Lay the groundwork for future L&D team expansion and mentorship.

Requirements:


Qualifications

· 3+ years experience in learning & development, instructional design, or employee training.· Demonstrate hands-on experience and proficiency with the Axonify platform. · Proven experience in designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating successful learning programs across various modalities. (e.g., in-person, virtual, e-learning, blended)· Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.· Proficiency with learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools· Comfortable analyzing data and making recommendations based on trends.
