The Job: We are looking for hardworking Line Cooks to join our Duluth team. This is a unique role supporting two of the city's favorite spots: Green Mill and Crooked Pint Ale House. If you want variety and a schedule that respects your time off, this is for you.
The Perk: The 4x10 Schedule

Work 4 days, Get 3 days off. * Consistent 10-hour shifts.

What You’ll Do:

Cross-Train: Master everything from award-winning deep dish pizza to gourmet burgers and pub fare.

High Volume: Keep the line moving during busy lunch and dinner rushes.

Quality First: Ensure every plate at both locations meets our high standards.

Teamwork: Work across two different kitchen setups with a "one team" mentality.
What We Need:

Experience: Previous line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen.

Stamina: Ability to crush a 10-hour shift on your feet.

Flexibility: Willingness to work at either location (Green Mill or Crooked Pint).
