As a Call Center Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for calls related to parking inquiries, account support, payments, permits, and more. You'll help resolve issues efficiently and professionally-keeping customers happy and our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with parking-related questions and concerns

  • Resolve billing issues, permit requests, violations, and general account inquiries

  • Provide accurate information and escalate complex issues when necessary

  • Maintain detailed call records in our system

  • Follow call center protocols and meet performance metrics

What We're Looking For

  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking

  • Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Bilingual is a plus
