As a Call Center Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for calls related to parking inquiries, account support, payments, permits, and more. You'll help resolve issues efficiently and professionally-keeping customers happy and our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and assist customers with parking-related questions and concerns

Resolve billing issues, permit requests, violations, and general account inquiries

Provide accurate information and escalate complex issues when necessary

Maintain detailed call records in our system

Follow call center protocols and meet performance metrics
What We're Looking For

Previous customer service or call center experience preferred

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking

Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

High school diploma or equivalent required
