Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A school district in Ventura, CA, is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 25/26 school year. This opportunity is a contract position within a high school setting, focused on supporting students through effective speech and language interventions.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to high school students
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Utilize the SIRAS IEP system for documentation and compliance
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to support student progress
Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Valid California Teaching Credential (CTC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with high school students preferred
- Familiarity with the SIRAS IEP system is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with school teams
