Job Purpose:
To provide support for operational reporting and key performance indicators; assist with annual planning, forecasting, and variance analysis; and contribute to ad hoc reporting projects. The role also supports the administration and review of rebates, marketing funds, and related programs, helping to deliver visibility into customer profitability, sales performance, and gross margin insights for operations management.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Financial Planning, Reporting & Business Insights:
- Assist with annual budgets and quarterly forecasts by analyzing income, expenses, and earnings to inform strategic decisions.
- Compile and analyze financial, sales, and operational data—including KPIs and working capital—from multiple systems for reporting.
- Support the automation and delivery of consolidated monthly reporting with commentary in BI tools, highlighting key variances and insights.
Sales Operations and Financial Reporting:
- Assist with the reconciliation, reporting, and issuance of monthly rebates in accordance with contractual agreements with external business partners.
- Perform daily audits and analysis of sales transactions prior to billing; collaborate with operations teams to verify accuracy and address flagged issues as needed.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in sales data through pre-billing audits, including initiating billing holds or adjustments when necessary.
- Calculate and report sales-based incentive bonuses tied to material performance tiers, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and compliance with program guidelines.
Other Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Partner with management and business segments to enhance systems and processes, expand BI tools for streamlined reporting, and identify opportunities for Finance to better support business needs through projects and ongoing reporting.
- Collaborate with other Finance team members or external department leaders on more complex projects.
- Serve as a backup for other Analysts’ responsibilities as directed by Finance management.
- Work cooperatively with others and comply with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management
- 1-2 years’ or more experience of working knowledge of reporting, forecasting, and sales & gross margin analysis
- 2 or more years of experience as a Staff Accountant or Financial Analyst, a plus
- Advanced software skills in Microsoft Office, highly advanced skills in Excel
- Preferred experience with Tableau, SAP and other similar data analytics ERPs
- Detail oriented with strong analytical problem solving ability
- Ability to work as a team player and work in a deadline based environment
