About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher, you’ll be the friendly, professional voice our customers rely on. You’ll manage incoming calls, schedule service, dispatch technicians, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls professionally
- Schedule appointments and dispatch technicians
- Manage work orders and customer follow-ups
- Support sales and marketing efforts
- Monitor maintenance schedules and warranties
- Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly technician schedules
- Work closely with management to meet goals
- Help maintain a positive, team-focused culture
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude with strong phone skills
- Customer service or administrative experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
- Team player who can also work independently
