About the Role
As a Travel Nurse in the Emergency Department, you will provide acute care in a fast-paced environment for a 13-week assignment. You’ll be working 36 hours per week in 12-hour shifts, with opportunities to float to similar units. Your expertise will be invaluable in delivering top-notch care to patients in need.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in the Emergency Department.
- Collaborate with a dynamic healthcare team to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Float to like units as needed, enhancing your skills and experience.
- Participate in on-call duties during low census periods, with callback pay if needed.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Active Minnesota RN License
- Minimum of 1 year ER experience in a short-term acute care hospital setting
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC
- Associate Degree or Certificate in Nursing
- Experience with Epic software is preferred

Working Conditions
This position involves:
- Shift: Variable Day/Night, 12x3, 36 hours per week, every 3rd weekend, and holidays as needed
- Length: 13 weeks
- 50-mile radius rule for travel assignments
