Salary- $21 - $22 per hour
Schedule- Monday- Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm
What’s a typical day as a Billing Specialist? You’ll be:
- Create automated and/or manual invoices for record requests
- Ensure final bills have been submitted to the client and are posted in the accounting system
- Capable of handling high volume of invoice processing and distribution
- Ability to research & communicate issues regarding a client request.
- Reconcile invoices submitted through the client billing portal and resubmit any rejected or erroneous invoice
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- 2-3 years of previous billing experience working directly with clients (medical billing preferred)
- Experience in setting rates and creating rate tables
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skill required
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive account information.
