BECOMING OUR CLIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

Schedule:

Full-time hours can span the following days and times, with some variances based on business needs:

Monday through Friday between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM
Saturdays between 8 AM and 6:30 PM
Sundays between 3 PM and 7 PM

Responsibilities:

As a Client Services Specialist - Customer Service Rep, you'll engage in client interactions via phone, in-person, and electronic channels. Day-to-day, manage precise data entry with quality control and proactively handle client accounts. Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of front-office customer service experience
2 years of experience working with Microsoft Office, including Excel
Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and spend most of your shift seated
