We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and efficient Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming first point of contact at our orthopedic/pain management clinic. You’ll play a key role in creating a smooth patient experience—from warm greetings to seamless check-outs—while keeping our practice running like clockwork.
Your Key Responsibilities:
✨ Patient Flow Management – Check patients in/out, verify insurance, collect payments, and schedule follow-ups.
✨ Clinic Preparation – Organize charts, prepare exam rooms, and ensure all patient paperwork is complete.
✨ Administrative Support – Answer phones, address patient inquiries, and coordinate with clinical staff.
✨ Care Coordination – Track lab/imaging results and ensure timely communication with patients and providers.
✨ Operational Efficiency – Maintain medical supplies, assist with light clinical tasks, and keep the front desk running smoothly.
Ideal Candidate:
✔ Exceptional Patient Service Skills – Warm, professional, and able to put patients at ease.
✔ Detail-Oriented & Organized – Accurate with records, scheduling, and multitasking.
✔ Medical Office Experience Preferred – Background in orthopedics, pain management, or a similar specialty is a plus (we’re happy to train motivated candidates!).
✔ Tech Comfort – Familiarity with EMR systems and basic office software. (Previous experience with AthenaHealth is a bonus!)
Hours will be Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
