Location: Madison, WI
Position: Full-time (37.5hrs/week)
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:30AM-4:30PM, NO WEEKENDS!
Compensation: $22.00

Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing daily support, communication, and other necessary administrative support for the Program Operations Department at Community Living Alliance.

Primary Duties:

  • Maintain and update all program specific policies, procedure and communications materials for the program operations department.
  • Complete all prior medical authorization and renewal submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with funder regulations.
  • Maintain data entry for all clients, staff assignments, and provide reports when needed.
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of department files including paper records, electronic folders, and electronic recordkeeping system.
  • Respond to request for department records and information.
  • Providing back-up support, as needed, to client enrollment, disenrollment, and intake processes.
  • Provide primary back-up support for reception desk coverage.


Education/Experience and Requirements:
Required

  • Must be at least 18 years or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • High School Diploma.
  • Five years experience providing administrative support in an office environment.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance to serve clients throughout Dane County
  • Work in open and busy people-traffic environment near the front door of the building, etc.
  • Satisfactory Results of a Background Check.

Preferred

  • Associate Degree in administrative or related field.
