We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Lemoyne, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities:
• Accurately input reimbursements, invoices, and other financial data into the system.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records to ensure data integrity.
• Perform numeric and alphanumeric data entry with a high level of accuracy.
• Utilize Microsoft tools effectively to support daily operations and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards in all data-related tasks.
• Address inquiries and provide exceptional customer service as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and achieve departmental goals.
• Identify and resolve minor discrepancies in data or records.
• Adapt to new processes and tools to improve efficiency
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability to type quickly and accurately.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
• Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service abilities.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
