Facility: Madonna Ptak Morton Plant Rehab Center

Morton Plant Rehabilitation has an amazing opportunity for a Certified Dietary Manager with skilled nursing / long term care experience to help bring our food service to the next level for our patients / residents! Responsibilities:
- We are looking for someone who will be passionate about the food they provide.
- Must be customer service focused.
- Interact well with patients, family members, and other team members.
- We are looking for a leader who takes pride in their kitchen and is a great mentor and role model to their team.
- Plan, organize, direct, measure, evaluate and improve the food service function of Food and Nutrition Services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that facilitate the integration of the service into the organizations primary function of quality care and services.

Experience:
- Required - 3 years management
- Required - 3 years food service or related field
- Preferred - 1 year healthcare
Education:
- Required - Technical diploma (Culinary) or Associates in related field
- Preferred - Bachelor's in related field
Certification:
- Required - ServSafe Manager food safety certification within 1 year of hire
