SmashBros, located in Runnemede, NJ, is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Kitchen and Front of House staff. What You'll Be Doing
As part of the SmashBros team, you'll play a key role in delivering top-notch service and delicious food to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Kitchen Duties: Preparing and assembling menu items with precision and care, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and adhering to food safety standards.
- Front of House Duties: Greeting customers with a friendly attitude, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in the dining area.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Assisting with other tasks as needed to keep things running efficiently.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen, front of house, or similar role.
- Team Spirit: A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment.
- Customer Focus: Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent service.
