Hueman People Solutions is hiring for an Executive Recruitment Specialist in Boston, MA. As the Executive Recruitment Specialist, you will support end-to-end recruitment operations for one of our top clients, a nationally recognized pediatric academic medical center. This role is focused on sourcing high-quality candidates, coordinating key recruitment stages, interacting with the Executive team, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The Executive Recruitment Specialist partners closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to ensure efficient workflows, strategic sourcing, and operational excellence across the recruitment lifecycle.

As the Executive Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Sourcing and Recruitment Support

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for leadership and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using industry-leading tools and techniques.
  • Engage candidates through social media, job boards, and professional networks to promote the organization and build long-term relationships.
  • Conduct resume reviews and phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Support the creation and distribution of job postings and recruitment marketing materials.

Recruitment Coordination & Candidate Experience

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and related recruitment activities.
  • Manage the on-site interview experience, onboarding coordination, and Day 1 activities to ensure a professional and welcoming introduction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and updates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Be on-site one to two days per week to support candidate interactions and enhance the interview experience.

Data & Reporting

  • Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to identify trends, measure performance, and inform sourcing strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.

To be considered for the role, you must possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, sourcing, or a related role.
  • Experience within a healthcare, academic, or complex organizational environment preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with C-suite candidates and senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule- 1-2 days per week on-site.
