Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers, including recent driving school graduates, to operate 53' dry van trailers on an Upper Midwest regional account. Candidates will perform 100% no-touch freight operations. Drivers with limited experience will complete an OTR training period with a trainer before transitioning to regional runs.

Compensation and Benefits

• Estimated weekly pay: $1,200–$1,400 (varies by experience and miles)
• Pay per mile: $0.56–$0.64 depending on experience
• Trainee pay: $650 per week for 4–6 weeks of OTR training (for drivers with under 6 months experience)
• Stop pay: $15 per stop
• Monthly bonus: $0.06 per mile for drivers who exceed 9,200 miles in the month, maintain no accidents, and achieve fuel economy of 7 MPG
• Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off

Job Details

• Operating lane: Upper Midwest regional account
• Equipment: 53' dry van; 100% no-touch freight
• Training: OTR with a trainer for 4–6 weeks for drivers with under 6 months experience
• Schedule: Weekly home time with at least a 34-hour reset on weekends; drivers must be available for day or night driving
• Typical weekly miles: 1,800–2,200 miles

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL with 6 months’ recent experience.

• Must have fairly clean driving record with no accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years

• Cannot have been terminated from last job.

• No DUI's Felonies, Misdemeanors in the last 5 years

• Must have solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of employment outside of school or training. 6 months in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years max.

• Must be able to pass a Urine AND HAIR pre-employment drug screen
