Position: LVN Outpatient Clinic
Shift Schedule: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
Location: Beverly Hills, CA 90211
Start date: 01/26/2026
Pay: $35 to $40 depending on experience
Exp: 2 YEARS OUTPATIENT CLINIC EXP
Cert : BLS, IV Certified, Phlebotomy Certified
Job Type: 13 Weeks
Position Summary
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the Outpatient Clinic provides high-quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Physician. The LVN supports daily clinic operations, performs clinical tasks, assists with patient flow, and ensures a safe and efficient patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Duties
- Perform patient intake procedures including vital signs, medical history, and medication review.
- Assist providers with examinations, treatments, and minor procedures.
- Administer medications, injections, immunizations, and point-of-care testing per scope of practice.
- Prepare and maintain exam rooms, equipment, and supplies.
- Perform wound care, dressing changes, EKGs, and other clinic procedures as needed.
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report concerns to supervising RN/physician.
- Support chronic disease management and patient education.
Patient Care & Coordination
- Maintain professional and compassionate communication with patients and families.
- Provide discharge instructions and follow-up care guidance.
- Coordinate referrals, diagnostic orders, and appointment scheduling.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Qualifications:
- Required:
2 YEARS OUTPATIENT CLINIC EXP
Acute experience in the past 5 years
BLS (AHA or ARC)
IV certified - with proficiency in starting IVs
Epic Experience
Proficiency with blood draws
Preferred:
Interest in temp to perm
Experience in Vascular Surgery
Experience in Urology
